Draft: a lawyer has not reviewed this text.

Wivi is an iPhone app that phones you, on your own iPhone, to read out reminders you have set. It is provided by NeuroScope Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”), 4055 Westminster Dr, Sarasota, FL 34241. This page explains what we collect, why, who else receives it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. We wrote it to match what the app actually does today.

1. The short version

  • We store your account, your reminders, and your chat with the Wivi assistant on our servers until you delete your account. We do not delete anything automatically.
  • The text of your reminders and chats is sent to outside companies that run the AI and the voice (listed in section 5). Some of them may use it to train their own models (section 5).
  • Your location is not collected. If you allow “Always” location, your iPhone uses it only to notice that you changed time zone, and only the time zone name is sent to us.
  • We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.
  • You can delete your account and its data inside the app (Menu > Delete account).
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Wivi.

2. What we collect and store

WhatWhy we need it
Your email address and sign-in details. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive the identity they share with us (for example your email address, or a private relay address from Apple, and your name if they provide it).To create and secure your account and sign you in.
Your language, and your display name if one was provided. To speak and write to you in your language.
The name of your iPhone’s time zone (for example “Europe/Prague”).To help reminder calls ring at the right local time, including after you travel.
Your reminders: the words you asked for, the original request, the time, repeat settings, language, and what happened to each call (rang, answered, missed, retried). To make the calls you ask for and show you your reminders.
The voice recording of each reminder (audio our voice provider generates from your reminder text). To play the reminder to you during the call.
Call records: which of your devices was called, the start, answer and end times, duration, and technical status. To run, retry and fix calls.
Push tokens: identifiers Apple gives your iPhone so we can ring it (and, if you use the web version, a browser notification address). To deliver the incoming call and notifications to your device.
Your chat with the assistant, including pictures if you attach one in the web chat, and a memory the assistant builds from it: a summary of recent chats, your goals, short mood words with dates, a preferred name, and facts it picks out of the conversation (for example personal facts, relationships, events, preferences), plus items it notes as follow-ups or topics to look into.So the assistant can understand your requests and remember context between chats.
Reminders you add to your calendar through Wivi, stored as calendar entries in your account. To show your reminders in a calendar view.
Reports you send with “Report a voice problem”: the language, voice, time of the call, the reason you picked and, if you choose “other”, up to 200 characters you type. A copy is also emailed to us.To fix voice quality problems.
Technical logs: usage counters (for example how many chat messages or spoken answers you used today), delivery and error records for push and call audio, and server logs kept by our hosting providers (which can include your IP address and, for sign-in code emails, the recipient email address). To keep the service running, prevent abuse and fix faults.
Scrambled (hashed) versions of the email address and network address used to request sign-in codes. These are not linked to your account. To stop anyone from using Wivi to flood inboxes with code emails.

We do not collect your phone number, your contacts, your photo library, your camera, your precise location, payment details (there are no payments yet), or an advertising identifier. We do not use analytics or advertising tools in the app.

3. Your iPhone: permissions and what it sends

Location

Wivi can ask for location permission, with “Always” as the useful choice, for one purpose: to notice that you have moved to a different time zone, even when the app is closed, so your reminders can still ring at the right local time. iOS can wake the app when your iPhone moves a long way, but this is not guaranteed. The app does not read, send or store any coordinates; it only looks at the name of the time zone your iPhone is now in and, if it changed, sends that name to us. If you choose “While Using” or “Never”, Wivi still works, and the time zone updates when you open the app. iOS itself manages location services; see Apple’s documentation for how.

Microphone and speech recognition

If you tap the microphone to say a reminder, the app uses your iPhone’s microphone and Apple’s speech recognition to turn your voice into text. We cannot promise this happens only on your iPhone. Depending on your language and device, Apple may process the audio on Apple’s servers under Apple’s privacy terms. We do not receive or keep the recording; we receive only the text, and it is then handled like text you typed. The call itself is one-way: during a reminder call your microphone is not used and nothing is recorded.

Calendar

If you choose to add a reminder to your iPhone’s calendar, the app adds an event. It does not read or show your other calendar entries.

Notifications

We use Apple’s push service to ring your iPhone and to send notices such as a missed-call message. You can turn these off in iPhone Settings, but reminder calls then cannot reach you.

4. How the AI and the voice use your data

We use these services to provide Wivi to you. We do not use your content to advertise to you. What the providers do with the text we send them is described in section 5.

5. Who receives your data

These companies process data for us so Wivi can work. We do not sell your data.

What the AI and voice providers say they do with what we send

These sentences describe the providers’ own published terms as we last read them (28 October 2026). They can change, and we do not control them.

We do not control what the other companies in the table do beyond their own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety, rights or property of our users or us. If NeuroScope Technologies LLC is ever sold or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Where data is stored

Your account data and voice recordings are stored with Supabase in the United States (the US East region, N. Virginia). Our server (on Vercel) and our call program (on Amazon Web Services) are set up to run in the United States (US East). If you use Wivi from another country, your data is therefore processed in the United States. Other providers in the table may process data in other places.

6. How long we keep data

We do not delete anything automatically today. Your account data, reminders, chat, memory, call records, logs, counters and voice recordings stay until you delete your account. The only exceptions are small: the scrambled sign-in-limit entries expire on their own, a push token is removed if Apple reports it dead, and some chat-memory fields keep only the most recent entries.

Our service providers keep their own logs and backups for periods they set. We do not control these and have not verified them.

7. Deleting your account

In the app, open the menu and choose Delete account, read the explanation, switch on the confirmation and tap the red Delete my account permanently button. Deletion is immediate and permanent. In this order, we delete:

  1. your voice recordings;
  2. your call records, the scheduling log and the push and call-audio technical logs tied to your account;
  3. your sign-in account itself. That automatically deletes the rest: your profile, reminders and repeats, calendar entries, chat messages, chat memory, goals profile, facts, follow-ups and topics, push tokens, notifications, usage counters and voice reports.

If a step fails, nothing further is deleted and you can try again. Deletion does not remove:

If you signed in with Apple, when you delete your account the app asks Apple for a one-time code, and we use it to ask Apple to end the Sign in with Apple link. If that step does not complete, your account is still deleted, and you can remove the link yourself in iPhone Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple.

If you cannot use the app, email us from the address on your account and we will help you delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and California’s privacy law (the CCPA, as amended) may give you rights over your personal data. Depending on the law, they can include the right to:

The app has no buttons yet for a copy of your data, for correction (other than editing reminders), or for objecting or restricting. To use any of these rights, email support@wivicall.com from the address on your account. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm that the request really comes from you. Listing these rights does not mean we have decided that any particular law applies to us, or that we meet every requirement of any law.

9. Age

Wivi is for people aged 13 or over. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The app talks to our server over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your account data is held in a Supabase database in which row-level security is switched on for every table that holds it (checked on 28 October 2026), and your voice recordings are kept in a private storage area that is not publicly readable. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that yours will never be exposed.

11. Changes

We will update this page when the app’s data use changes and change the date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email.
