Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

Draft: a lawyer has not reviewed this text.

These terms are an agreement between you and NeuroScope Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”) about your use of the Wivi app and the website wivicall.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What Wivi does

Wivi lets you set reminders. At the time you choose, the Service rings your own iPhone and an artificial voice reads your reminder to you. Wivi calls only the devices registered to your account. It is not a telephone service and cannot call other people or phone numbers.

2. Who can use it

3. The voice is AI-generated

Every reminder call and spoken answer uses a synthetic voice generated by software. It is not a person. The assistant in the chat is also AI. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or misunderstand you, for example a time, a date or a name. Check the reminder you are shown before you confirm it, and do not treat what the assistant says as professional advice.

4. Reminders are not guaranteed

Do not rely on Wivi for anything where a missed or late call could cause harm. That includes emergencies, medical needs (such as taking medicine), safety-critical tasks, legal or financial deadlines, travel connections and anything else where failing to be reminded could hurt you or someone else.

A call can be late or fail to arrive, for example because of your phone’s settings (Focus, silent mode, notification or battery settings), poor or no connection, a phone that is off or restricted, a different time zone than expected, a problem with Apple’s or another provider’s service, or a fault or maintenance on our side. If a call is not answered we may retry and then send a missed-call message, but we do not promise it will reach you. Use a second method (for example your phone’s own alarm) for anything important.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We set fair-use limits (for example on daily chat messages and spoken answers). They may change, and we may enforce them automatically.

6. Your content

You own what you write or say to Wivi. You give us permission to store, process and send it to our service providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) as needed to run the Service for you, including turning your reminders into spoken audio and answering your chats. You promise you have the right to give us that content.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on other companies (see the Privacy Policy), and on Apple’s iPhone features. We are not responsible for their failures. Your use of Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google and Apple’s services is also covered by their own terms.

8. Our rights, and changes to the Service

Wivi, its name, design and software belong to NeuroScope Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use under these terms. We may change, limit or end any part of the Service at any time, for example to fix a problem, to meet a legal requirement or to introduce paid features. The Service is currently provided without charge. If we introduce paid features, we will say so in the app before you are charged, and these terms will be updated. We will try to give notice of important changes.

9. Ending your account

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, on time, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not promise that any reminder or call will be delivered or correct. Some places do not allow some of these disclaimers, so some of them may not apply to you.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, NeuroScope Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss resulting from a missed, late or wrong reminder or call, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
